Postpartum Group Educational Courses
懷孕婦女妊娠期間,因身體體態及荷爾蒙變化的影響,下背及骨盆疼痛盛行率高。產前的運動衛教,除了可以減少下背疼痛的發生,亦可加強孕婦對於核心肌肉收縮的認知,提高產後運動的順從性。經產婦下背痛及骨盆疼痛的情形部分仍延續至產後,加上照顧新生兒的壓力、哺乳及懷抱姿勢,許多產婦合併有肌肉骨骼的身體症狀藉由復健照護團隊提供協助。
During pregnancy, lower back and pelvic pain is common due to the influence of body posture and hormonal changes. Prenatal exercise education not only helps reduce the occurrence of lower back pain but can also strengthen pregnant women's awareness of core muscle contractions and helps make postpartum exercise a habit. Lower back and pelvic pain can also extend into the postpartum period, which can be compounded by the pressure from caring for newborns caused by breastfeeding and hugging positions. Many postpartum mothers experience these symptoms and a rehabilitation team is available to help provide assistance.
