1.每日用棉棒沾水清潔鼻腔。
Clean the nasal cavity with a water wet cotton swab daily.
2.更換膠帶時，須將臉部皮膚擦拭乾淨再貼，並注意勿貼在同一皮膚部位。
Clean the face before tape altering; avoid tape attaching to the same skin spot.
3.鼻胃管外露部位可用安全別針適當固定於衣服上，以免牽扯滑脫。
The Safety pins the exterior nasogastric tube to the clothes to have no tube slips.
4.灌食前確認鼻胃管有無在胃內，若有移位應通知醫護人員處理。
Scrutinize the tube graduation marks daily and immediately inform the medical team if the tube slips.
5.意識不清或躁動不合作之病人，需預防鼻胃管被拉出，必要時可與醫護人員商量採適當的約束保護。
To prevent the unconscious , restless , uncooperative patients from pulling out their tube , contact the medical team for proper protective restrictions if necessary.
