1.將冰塊裝入冰枕1/2-2/3滿，並加入少許清水。
Fill the pillow with about 1/2-2/3 ice full before putting some water in.
2.平放輕壓排氣後以夾子夾緊，倒拿檢查有無漏水。
Level the ice pillow ; gently press and exhaust the air ; clip and invert the pillow to probe water leakage.
3.套上塑膠袋及枕頭套，袋口應朝向塑膠袋內放置。
Cover the pillow case opening with the plastic bag.
