1.調整室溫，佈置隱密環境。
Adjust the room temperature and set up a private environment.
2.取下床頭架後，請病人躺於床頭，毛巾放於肩膀後置洗頭槽於病人頸下，床頭下方可放置水桶以利接洗頭液及泡沫水。
Remove the headboard frame and ask the patient to lie on the headboard. Place the towel on the shoulder and position the washbasin under the neck of the patient. Place a bucket underneath the headboard to catch the head washing liquid and foamy water.
3.用梳子梳理全部頭髮，可刷掉表面塵垢及梳開打結的頭髮。
Comb the hair to brush off the dust on the surface and to untangle the knots.
4.以溫水使頭髮全部沾濕，洗髮精置手掌搓揉起泡才可以用來洗頭。
Wet the hair with lukewarm water. Place the shampoo in the palm and rub into bubbles before washing the hair.
5.洗髮時用指腹按摩頭皮，不可用指甲亂抓。
Massage the scalp with fingertips. Do not scratch with your fingernails.
6.用勺子裝溫水沖淨洗髮液。
Fill the ladle with lukewarm water and rinse shampoo off well.
7.用毛巾拍乾，也可使用吹風機吹乾頭皮。
Dry the hair with a towel or use hairdryers.
8.檢視床單並整理用物。
Inspect the bed sheet and sort personal items.
