會陰部清潔 Perineum Cleaning

1.調整室溫，洗手戴手套。
Adjust the room temperature, wash hands and put on the gloves.
2.協助病人移除褲子。
Help the patient take off the pants.
3.放入便盆（使用前需先以溫水溫暖便盆）或尿布於臀部下。
Place the bedpan (bedpan needs to be warmed up with lukewarm water before use) or diaper under the buttocks.
4.倒少許溫水在病人大腿內側，讓病人感覺溫度合宜性。
Pour some lukewarm water on the inner thigh so the patient can perceive the appropriateness of temperature.
5.以溫水自陰毛處往下倒。
Pour the warm water down from the pubic hair.
6.棉籤沖洗順序為由上往下，先沖洗解尿的部位，再沖洗兩側。（不可以來回沖洗及重複使用棉籤）。
The order of rinsing with cotton swap is top-down. First rinse the urinating area and then the two sides (do not rinse back and forth and reuse the cotton swab).
7.用一支乾棉籤先擦乾會陰部位。
Use a sterile cotton bud to dry the perineum.
8.用乾棉籤擦乾外陰部。
Use a sterile cotton bud to dry the vulva.
9.將便盆或尿布移除，再以衛生紙拭乾臀部，更換新的尿布。
Remove the bedpan or diaper. Then wipe the hips with toilet paper and replace with new diaper.
