1.協助病人移除褲子。
Pull the patient and take off the pants.
2.彎曲病人的膝蓋，讓腳底貼著床墊。
Bend the patient’s knees and place the feet flat on bed.
3.用手支撐病人的下背部，抬起病人下半身，另一手拿便盆放到病人臀部下，露口處朝向床尾。
Place one hand behind the patient to support the lower back and lift up the lower body of the patient. Position the bedpan under the buttocks with another hand and keep the open end pointing toward the patient's feet.
4.病人解便完後，用手支撐病人的下背部，抬起病人下半身，另一手從病人臀部下拿出便盆。
After the patient is finished with bowel movement, support the lower back of the patient with one hand and lift up the lower body. Remove the bedpan from the buttocks of the patient using another hand.
5.協助病人以衛生紙擦拭肛門，並穿好褲子。
Help the patient clean the anus with toilet paper and pull up the pants.
6.使用後的便盆要立即清洗。
Wash the bedpan immediately after use.
