1.拉上布廉。
Draw the curtain.
2.鬆開病人之紙尿褲，使用衛生紙或濕紙巾由會陰部往下至肛門處擦拭乾淨。
Loosen the patient's diaper and wipe him clean with toilet paper or a wet towel from the perineum down to the anus.
3.協助病人翻身面向自己，將濕的紙尿褲捲起塞至臀部下，再將病人翻身面向對側，移除濕的紙尿褲，擦乾臀部後再將乾淨的紙尿褲捲起後塞入臀下。。
Assist the patient to turn over and face you, roll up the wet diaper and tuck it under the buttocks. Then, turn him over to face the opposite side, and remove the wet diaper. After that, wipe the buttocks dry, then roll up a clean diaper and tuck it under the buttocks.
4.協助病人翻身面向自己，將置於臀部乾淨的紙尿褲向外拉出，撕開黏貼膠帶貼於黏貼處固定後，檢視紙尿褲的鬆緊度能以放入兩指為宜，整理病人衣服。
Assist the patient to turn over and face you. Pull the clean diaper out from the buttocks. Tear off the adhesive tape and attach it into place. Check the tightness of the diaper, with two fingers able to stick in, and tidy up the patient's clothes.
5.更換紙尿褲時，須注意病人大小便的性狀、次數及顏色、皮膚有無發紅。
When changing diapers, attention should be paid to the appearance, frequency and color of the patient's stool and urine, and whether his skin is red or not.
