1.搖高床頭30-40度，協助病人頭側向自己。
Raise the head of a bed by 30-40 degrees to turn the patient’s head sideways to you.
2.圍上毛巾以棉籤沾漱口水清潔口腔各部位或可使用牙刷牙膏幫助清潔。
Drape a towel around his shoulders, clean his mouth using a cotton swab moistened with mouthwash or brush his teeth with toothpaste.
3.有活動假牙者以清潔假牙專用的軟毛牙刷輔以清水洗淨後，再將假牙置回口腔，並定期使用假牙清潔錠。
For those with removable dentures, clean the dentures using a dedicated soft-bristled toothbrush with clear water before putting them back in place, with a denture cleanser applied on a regular basis.
4.每天至少口腔護理1-2次，嘴唇乾者以凡士林或護脣膏潤唇。
Offer oral care at least 1-2 times every day. Apply Vaseline or lip balm to protect dry lips.
5.執行口腔護理時，需注意口腔黏膜有無損傷或其他異常情形。
When performing oral care, attention should be paid to oral mucosal lesions or other abnormal conditions.
