1.醫生規定絕對臥床休息的病人、意識不清的病人及站不穩的病人不可下床。
Grant no getting out of the bed to those who are absolutely bedridden and unconscious , and stand respectively.
2.固定床輪、搖高床頭、搖平床尾、放下床欄。
Lock the bed wheels ; elevate the bed head ; level the bed end ; leave down the bed rail.
3.搖高床頭約60度，並將病人被蓋摺疊至床尾。
Raise the bed head about 60° ; fold and place the quilt on the bed end.
4.站在床頭，雙腳腳尖朝床尾，一前一後分開，然後一手置病人頸下，將病人扶起坐於床緣約5分鐘。
Stand at the bed head with the toe tips towards the bed end and one foot more forward than the other before putting one hand under the neck to sit the patient on the bed side about 5 minutes.
5.讓病人以手掌撐於床上，維持坐姿，協助穿上外衣及拖鞋。
Sit the patient with both palms on the bed ; assist to clothe them and wear the slippers.
6.若病人腳無法踩到地板，使用椅子協助病人踏穩。
If the feet fail to reach the floor , help stand stably with a chair.
7.病人無頭暈不適情形，才協助病人站於地上。
Help stand on the floor with no patient dizziness or discomfort.
8.病人站穩，無頭暈不適再緩慢行走，依病人自己決定行走的距離。
Let the patient who stands stably and has no dizziness or discomfort decide on the walking distance.
