Injection site
- Arm：The upper arm is divided into three sections and injected in the area outside the middle section.
- Abdomen：The patient fists in one hand to cover the navel, and the other palm is placed in the area of C, D, E, F next to the fist, and the injection area is in the palm.
- Thigh：The thigh is divided into three sections and injected in the area outside the upper section.
- Hips：Cut the hips into crosses, divide them into four pieces, and inject in the outer upper quarter.

Precautions
- Inject 8 times in each area, then turn to the next area, such as A to B. Each injection point is separated by a finger-wide range.
- For those who inject insulin on their own, it is recommended that the abdomen (C~F) and thighs (G~H) be used as the main part of the treatment.
- Those who assist in administering insulin can administer the arm, abdomen, thigh and buttocks (A~J).
