PO,
Ovulatory dysfunction: 50 mg/d for 5 days; if not effective, a second and third course may be given, if necessary, of 100 mg/d for 5 days, may be initiated as early as 30 days after the previous course. Rarely, patients require up to 250 mg a day to induce ovulation. |

organic intracranial lesion;hypersensitivity to clomiphene products.
