Adult
Antiemetic and antivertigo: 25-50 mg q4h as needed. Max. 300 mg/d.
Pediatric
Antiemetic and antivertigo: 0.88 mg/kg or 25 mg/m2 q4h as needed. If symptoms persist, dose may be repeated in 1 hr after initial dose; subsequent doses should be spaced 4 hrs apart; or child 22.8-45.6 kg: 25 mg q4h as needed. Max. 5.5 mg/kg/d. |
