Prostatic carcinoma: 1 mg/d.
Leuplin depotR:
Endometriosis: 3.75 mg every 4 wks for 6 mo.
Anemia due to uterine leiomyomas: 1.88-3.75 mg every 4 wks for a Max. duration of 3 mo.
Prostatic, premenopausal breast carcinoma: 3.75 mg every 4 wks.
Central precocious puberty: 30 mcg /kg every 4 wks, the dose may titrate to 90 mcg /kg by patient’s response. |

hypersensitivity to leuprolide, gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH), GnRH analogs or any of the excipients in the formulations;
leuprolide implant dosage form (women or pediatrics patients);pregnancy. |
