Adult & Pediatric

Ganglion and synovial cyst; disorder of skin:

intradermal; up to 1 mg per injection site, may be repeated at weekly intervals.

Inflammatory disorders of musculoskeletal system:

intra-articular, intra-bursal, tendon- sheath; initial, 2.5 to 15 mg as a single local injection, additional doses can be adjusted between 20 to 40 mg and administered as needed.

hypersensitivity to triamcinolone acetonide or to any other component of the product.

Intradermal:

cutaneous atrophy, hypopigmentation, abscess formation.

Intra-articular and soft tissue:

postinjection flare; uterine bleeding; facial erythema; Cushing's

syndrome; arthropathy; osteonecrosis; iatrogenic infection; tendon

rupture due to atrophy; fat necrosis or calcification; inadvertent

injection of median nerve in carpal tunnel syndrome causing nerve

atrophy; cataracts.
