Indications	Skin and soft tissue infection; UTI; Lower respiratory tract infection Joint and bone infection of caemia; Endocarditis
Administration & Dosage	Indication& Dosage: Adult: Moderate to severe infections:I.V.: Initial: 400-800 mg (6-12 mg/kg) every 12 hours for 3-5 doses; maintenance: I.V. or I.M.: 6-12 mg/kg once daily. Pediatric＜12yrs: Neonates: I.V.: Initial: 16 mg/kg loading dose followed by 8 mg/kg once daily. Infants >2 months and Children ≦12 years: I.V.: Initial: 10 mg/kg every 12 hours for 3 doses, followed by 6-10 mg/kg once daily.
Contraindication	hypersensitivity to teicoplanin products.
