作用機轉/ 藥理作用	Butenafine hydrochloride is a synthetic antifungal agent that belongs to benzylamine class. It inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes, by blocking squalene epoxidation. It may be either fungicidal or fungistatic against most strains of Epidermophyton floccosum, Malassezia furfur and Trichophytons .
適應症/劑量	Topic application, Adult and Pediatric≧12yrs *Pityriasis* *versicolor, Tinea corporis, Tinea cruris :* once daily for 2 wk. *Tinea* *pedis, Interdigital:* twice daily for 7 days or once daily for 4 wk.
使用禁忌	hypersensitivity to butenafine products
不良反應	Application site reaction.

作用機轉/ 藥理作用	Pot. Permanganate (KMnO₄) is an oxidant. Potassium permanganate can act as a disinfectant. The primary mode of pathogen inactivation by potassium permanganate is direct oxidation of cell material or specific enzyme destruction. In the same fashion, the permanganate ion (MnO₄^-) attacks a wide range of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, viruses, and algae.
適應症/劑量	1:1000 sol’n in water: cleansing application to ulcers or abscesses. 1:4000 sol’n in water: gargle or mouthwash , wet dressing, baths in eczematous conditions. 1% sol’n: bromhidrosis, mycotic infection, poisonivy dermatitis. 5% sol’n: powerful aseptic action.
