Antidepressant:Initial 150 mg/d in divided doses, the dosage being increased by 50 mg/d at 3-4 day intervals. Max. (outpatients): 400 mg/d; (inpatients): 600 mg/d.

Antidepressant: Initial 1.5-2 mg/kg/d in divided doses. Max. 6 mg/kg/d. |
