known hypersensitivity to isosorbide or any ingredient in the

respective formulation;

cardiogenic shock, unless some means of maintaining an

adequate diastolic pressure are undertaken;

circulation collapse and severe hypotension;

marked anaemia;

head trauma, cerebral haemorrhage.

M: Flushing of face and neck, headache; N/V; orthostatic hypotension; restlessness; tachycardia.

R: Blurred vision; dryness of mouth; headache; skin rash.

1)      Dilute in 0.9%NS or 5%G/W to 0.1 or 0.2mg/ml, then IV infusion.

2)  Use a non-PVC vessel and set for IV infusion.
