Hypertension: Initial 5 mg/d; maintenance, 10-40 mg/d, divided in 1-2 doses. Max. 100 mg/d.
Pediatric<12 yrs
Hypertension: Initial 0.2 mg/kg/d in a single dose or as 2 divided doses. The dosage being adjusted as required, up to 50 mg/d; maintenance 0.25-1 mg/kg/d. Max. 50 mg/d. |
