Dysthymia / Schizophrenia

Administration & Dosage

Adult
Dysthymia: 50 ~ 100 mg/day
Schizophrenia:
acute psychotic episodes: 400 ~ 800 mg/da, Max. 1200mg/day.
predominantly negative symptoms: 50 ~ 300mg/day
mixed positive and negative symptoms: 400 ~ 800mg/day
Pediatric

Contraindication

hypersensitivity to amisulpride,
pheochromocytoma,
prolactinomas and breast cancer,
pregnancy,
lactation,
children under 15 years of age.

Precaution

Adverse reaction

M: Menstrual disorders, galactorrhea, breast pain/enlargement;. insomnia anxiety,agitation,somnolence,headache;EPS.
L : Nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, constipation; dry mouth; sedation, drowsiness.
R: Allergic reaction;liver enzyme increased;hypotension and bradycardia, QT interval increased,torsades de pointes; seizure, NMS, acute dystonia.
