Adjuvant therapy of prostate carcinoma, endometriosis, adjuvant therapy to reduce myoma volume before its surgical removal, adjuvant therapy of in Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET) in female infertility.

Indication& Dosage:

ADULT

Usual dose 0.5mg s.c daily for 7 days, after that 0.1mg daily as maintenance dose.

IVF: 7 to 10 days with 0.5mg s.c; followed by 0.1mg s.c. daily.

Hypersensitivity to triptorelin or any component of the formulation, other GnRH agonists or GnRH; pregnancy.

M:

Hot flash, increased serum glucose, increased testosterone ,decreased hemoglobin, decreased red blood cells

,increased serum alkaline phosphatase, increased serum ALT, increased serum AST,musculoskeletal pain, increased blood urea nitrogen.

L:

Lower extremity edema , hypertension , chest pain , edema , peripheral edema, headache , pain , dizziness , fatigue , insomnia , emotional lability, skin rash, pruritus, mastalgia , gynecomastia , decreased libido, nausea , anorexia , constipation , dyspepsia , vomiting , abdominal pain , diarrhea, erectile dysfunction, testicular atrophy , impotence , dysuria , urinary retention , urinary tract infection , anemia, pain at injection site, leg pain, back pain , leg cramps , arthralgia , limb pain , myalgia , weakness , conjunctivitis , eye pain , cough , dyspnea , pharyngitis
